2015-Nov 1    Awarded a two-person exhibition with Tinam Valk by the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center. The exhibit will run
April 2-May 4, 2016 in the center's location at 40 S. Carroll Street, Frederick MD 21701.

2015-July 2 "Night Windows #1" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2015-June 30  Solo exhibition through the United Arts Council's Community Artists Program debuted in the Wake County
Commissioners Offices, Wake County Justice Center, 300 S Salisbury Street, Raleigh NC 27601.  The exhibit will run through
September 2015.

2015-May 15   Invited to participate in the Greenhill Center's annual Winter Show for 2015. The exhibit will run from
December 6, 2015 to January 16, 2016 at the Greenhill Center Gallery, 200 N. Davie Street in Greensboro, NC 27401.

2015-March 1 "Boylan Heights Triptych" was purchased by a private collector during the exhibit opening for the Raleigh
Fine Arts Society's 41st Annual North Carolina Artists Exhibition at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, Raleigh
NC.

2015-Jan 26   Juror Herb Jackson selected "Boylan Heights Triptych" for inclusion in the Raleigh Fine Arts Society's 41st
Annual North Carolina Artists Exhibition.  The exhibit will run March 1-April 23, 2015 in the Betty Ray McCain Gallery, Duke
Energy Center for the Performing Arts, Raleigh NC.

2014-July 4     Two-person exhibition, "Raleigh in Paintings and Photographs" (with Charless Uzzell), opened at the Litmus
Gallery, 312 W. Cabarrus Street, Raleigh NC. The exhibit will run until July 26, 2014.

2013-Nov 16  Participated in the Wake County Public Library's "Meet the Artist" program as the November artist at the
Eva Perry Regional Library, 2100 Shepherd's Vineyard Drive, Apex, NC  27502.  The 90-minute demonstration was held on
Saturday, November 16, 2013.

2013-Sept 21 Solo exhibition opened at the Richard B. Harrison Library.  The show will run through the end of December at
the library's location at 1313 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC 27610.

2013-Sept 6  "Boylan Heights Triptych" was given a Merit Award by juror Lia Newman at the 24th Annual N.E.W. Show.  The
juried exhibition will run from September 6-26, 2013 at the Visual Art Exchange, 309 West Martin Street, Raleigh NC.

2013-July 11  Group exhibition "Highlights of the Municipal Art Collection" opened in the Block Gallery, 222 West Hargett
Street, Raleigh NC.  Sponsored by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission, the exhibition will run until August 23, 2013.

2013-Apr 12  Invited by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission to participate in their July 2013 group show at the Block
Gallery featuring works from the Municipal Art Collection.

2012-Dec 1   Completed commissioned piece, "Bass Residence," and delivered work to a private patron.

2012-Oct 26  Donated "State Capitol" to the North Carolina State Capitol Foundation's silent auction fundraiser.

2012-June 28  "Ellington and King" was purchased by a private collector while on display in the SCOPE: The North Carolina
Landscape exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange in Raleigh, NC.

2012-June 1    "Grissom and Talmage" was awarded the Kathy Brancato Memorial Award for First Place ($500 cash award)
in the Visual Art Exchange's juried exhibition "SCOPE: The North Carolina Landscape." A second work, "Ellington and
King," was awarded an Honorable Mention by juror Allison Slaby.

2012-May 11   "Grissom and Talmage" and "Ellington and King" were selected by juror Allison Slaby for inclusion in the
juried exhibition "SCOPE: The North Carolina Landscape."  The exhibit will run from June 2-30, 2012 at the
Visual Art Exchange, 309 West Martin Street, Raleigh NC.

2012-May 7      "Biltmore at Dusk" was awarded Best in Show ($1,000 cash award) by juror Andrew Stout in the Arts Council
of Wayne County's 33rd Annual National Juried Art Exhibition.  A second work, "The Magic Hour," was also juried
into the show.  The exhibit will run from May 19-July 9, 2012 at the Arts Council of Wayne County, 102 North John
Street, Goldsboro NC.

2011-Dec 31   "Farmhouse Panorama III" was purchased by a private collector while on display at the Lee Hansley Gallery
in Raleigh NC.

2011-Dec 19    Completed commissioned piece, "Chi Omega House, St. Lawrence University," and delivered work to a
private patron.

2011-Nov 14   "Shuttered Cabin" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2011-Oct 22     Delivered completed commissioned piece, "Main Street," to a private patron.

2011-June 25 "Evening in Cumberland" and "Urban Sunset" were purchased by private collectors from the artist's
collection.

2011-Feb 4 Five-person exhibition (with N. Lee Ball, Emily Lees, LC Neill and Sterling E. Stevens) opened at the
Exchange Gallery, 325 Blake Street, Raleigh NC. Sponsored by the Visual Art Exchange, the exhibit will
run until February 24, 2011.

2010-Dec 31 "House at the Beach" and "Farmhouse Rooftops" were both purchased by private collectors while on
display at the Lee Hansley Gallery in Raleigh NC.

2010-Dec 8 Completed commissioned piece, "The Ambassador at Night," and delivered work to a private patron.

2010-Dec 4 Donated "Farmhouse with Yellow Sky" to the North Carolina State Capitol Foundation's silent auction.

2010-Nov 19 "Farmhouse in Morning Light" and "Farmhouse Rooftop" were featured in the group exhibition "100 Under
1000" at the Lee Hansley Gallery.  The exhibit will run from November 21-December 31, 2010 in the
gallery's location at 225 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC 27603.

2010-Oct 14 Solo exhibition opened at the Lee Hansley Gallery, 225 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC.  The exhibit will run
until November 13, 2010.

2010-Sept 25 Presented the commissioned painting of the Third Morgan County (WV) Courthouse to the Morgan County
Commissioners during the dedication ceremony for the new courthouse.  See more details HERE.

2010-Sept 23 Awarded solo exhibition by the Lee Hansley Gallery. The exhibit will run from October 14-November 13,
2010 at the gallery's location at 225 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC 27603.

2010-Sept 17 Planned October 2010 exhibition at the Somerhill Gallery in Durham, NC was canceled due to the gallery's
closing (chapter 7 bankruptcy).

2010-July 14 Awarded solo exhibition by the Somerhill Gallery. The exhibit will run from October 10-November 13, 2010
at the gallery's location at The Venable Center, 303 South Roxboro Street, Durham NC 27701.

2010-June 17 "Victorians at Sunrise" was purchased by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission for its permanent collection.

2010-June 8 Awarded a $350 honorarium from the City of Raleigh Arts Commission in conjunction with the recent
exhibit "Home/journeys."

2010-May 15 Awarded a juried group show in the Exchange Gallery program sponsored by the Visual Art Exchange.
The group show will run during February 2011.

2010-Apr 8  Two-person exhibition, "home/journeys" (with Kathy Brancato), opened at the Miriam Preston Block
Gallery, 222 West Hargett Street, Raleigh NC. Sponsored by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission, the exhibit will run
until May 24, 2010.

2010-Mar 24  Video documentary "Home/journeys: Interviews with Kenneth Eugene Peters, Kathy Brancato and Tim
Kiernan" debuted on the Raleigh Television Network. Click HERE to view.

2010-Mar 5   A Raleigh Television Network crew filmed an artist interview in my studio in advance of the exhibition
"home/journeys" at the Miriam Preston Block Gallery in April-May 2010.  The interview will run on the RTN cable
channel for the duration of the show.

2010-Feb 15 Juror John Beerman selected "Fourth and Montgomery" and "August Sunset" for inclusion in the Raleigh
Fine Arts Society's 36th Annual North Carolina Artists Exhibition.  The exhibit will run February 28-May 4, 2010 in the
Betty Ray McCain Gallery, Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts, Raleigh NC.

2010-Jan 2 Solo exhibition, "Paintings by Kenneth Eugene Peters," opened at the Baja Burrito Restaurant, 2109 Avent
Ferry Road, Raleigh NC.  The exhibit will run until February 12, 2010.

2009-Dec 28   "Farmhouse in Late Winter" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2009-Dec 8     "House in Pasadena" was purchased by a private collector while on display in the solo exhibit "Past
Perfect: Architectural Paintings by Kenneth Eugene Peters" at the Horace Williams House in Chapel Hill, NC.

2009-Dec 6      Solo exhibition, "Past Perfect: Architectural Paintings by Kenneth Eugene Peters," opened at the Horace
Williams House, 610 East Rosemary Street, Chapel Hill NC.  Sponsored by the Preservation Society of
Chapel Hill, the exhibit will run until December 23, 2009.

2009-Nov 18   Participated with six other artists in the "Hang It Up!" artist talk at the Gregg Museum of Art and Design at
NC State University, Raleigh NC.

2009-Nov 2     Awarded solo exhibition by Judy Murray, owner of Baja Burrito Restaurant. The exhibit will run  from
January 2-February 12, 2010 inside the restaurant at 2109 Avent Ferry Road, Raleigh, NC.

2009-Oct 22   "Fourth and Montgomery" and "Biltmore" were accepted in the exhibition "Hang It Up!" at the Gregg
Museum of Art and Design at NC State University.  The exhibit will run from October 22-December 19, 2009
in the museum's gallery inside the Talley Student Center, Raleigh NC.

2009-Sept 5    Completed commissioned piece, "Snow at Sunrise," and delivered work to a private patron.

2009-June 12 "Farmhouse Study at Night" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2009-June 5   "Fourth and Montgomery" was awarded a Juror's Merit Award ($100 cash award) by juror Anne Lemanski
in the Rocky Mount Art Center's 52nd National Multi-Media Juried Art Exhibition.

2009-May 29   "Farmhouse Panorama" was purchased by a private collector while on display in the solo exhibit,
Kenneth Eugene Peters," at the Burke Arts Council Jailhouse Gallery in Morganton, NC.

2009-May 12   "House on Holly Springs Road" was purchased by a private collector while on display in the solo exhibit,
"Kenneth Eugene Peters," at the Burke Arts Council Jailhouse Gallery in Morganton, NC.

2009-May 8    Solo exhibition, "Kenneth Eugene Peters," opened at the Burke Arts Council Jailhouse Gallery, 115 E.
Meeting Street, Morganton, NC.  The exhibit will run until May 29, 2009.

2009-April 9   Juror Anne Lemanski selected "Fourth and Montgomery" for inclusion in the Rocky Mount Art Center's
52nd National Multi-Media Juried Art Exhibition.  The exhibit will run May 23-September 13, 2009 at the
Rocky Mount Arts Center, 270 Gay Street, Rocky Mount NC.

2009-Mar 31  Solo exhibition, "Structure and Light: Paintings by Kenneth Eugene Peters," opened at the Jordan Hall Arts
Center, 908 North Harrison Avenue, Cary NC.  Sponsored by the Town of Cary Parks, Recreation and
Cultural Resources, the exhibit will run until April 30, 2009.

2009-Mar 27  Awarded solo exhibition by the Burke Arts Council as part of its grand re-opening celebration after gallery
renovation.  The exhibit will run  from May 8-29, 2009 in the BAC Jailhouse Gallery, 115 Meeting Street,
Morganton, NC.

2008-Dec 23  Juror Mary Kay Kennedy selected "Movie Theater at Night" for inclusion in the juried exhibition "City
Scenes."  The exhibit will run January 2-29, 2009 at the Visual Art Exchange, 325 Blake Street, Raleigh NC.

2008-Dec 2   Began a visual art blog as a companion to the website.

2008-Nov 25  Awarded solo exhibition by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission during the 2009-2010 exhibit season.  The
exhibit will run from April 1-May 24, 2010 in the Miriam Block Gallery, Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 West
Hargett Street, Raleigh NC.

2008-Oct 17   "Glenwood Maryland Farm" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2008-Aug 28   Awarded solo exhibition by the Town of Cary during the 2009 exhibit season.  The exhibit will run  from

2008-July 26 "Road to Mont St. Victoire" was purchased by a private collector from the artist's collection.

2008-June 29 "Night in Savannah" was purchased by the Arts Council of Wayne County for their permanent collection.

2008-June 6   Awarded solo exhibition by the Preservation Society of Chapel Hill during the 2009 exhibit season.  The
exhibit will run  from December 6-23, 2009 at the Horace Williams House, 610 East Rosemary Street,
Chapel Hill NC.

2008-May 29  Juror Anna-Olivia Sisk selected "Farmhouse in Morning Light" for inclusion in the juried exhibition
"Landscape and Location."  The exhibit will run from July 11-September 5, 2008 at Island Ford Art, 248 N.
Center Street, Statesville NC.

2008-May 12  "Night in Savannah" was awarded Fourth Prize ($100 cash award) by juror Wilford Scott in the Arts Council
of Wayne County's 29th Annual Juried Art Exhibition.  A second work, "House With Red Curtains," was also
juried into the show.  The exhibit will run from May 16-June 30, 2008 at the Arts Council of Wayne County,
2406 East Ash Street, Goldsboro NC.

2008-May 3    "Farmhouse in the Sun" was purchased by a private collector while on display in the exhibit "SCOPE: The
North Carolina Landscape" at the Visual Art Exchange, Raleigh NC.

at Hope Community Church, 821 Buck Jones Road, Raleigh NC.
